It's all about the people and the passion

Learning is succesful if the people doing the training care about what they are doing. It's about the passion behind it, not the information being presented.

Realised this today with the sheer amount of situations which need dealing with up and down the country, in particular the effort and commitment shown by Tom in Lincoln ... it's all down to relying on the trainers truly caring about the young people they are dealing with, going the extra mile and wanting to see them happy!

You can put in as many processes and rules as you like, but at the end of the day it's about how much people care about what they are training and about the people they are training.

In this way, we are truly lucky to have the best people ... I know this is true as I would want to work with them if I was a kid. They would make me feel like I had good ideas and was going somewhere ... maybe that's all people need to get started ...
